Project 365, Day 24. Out the classroom window...

I am right in the middle of doing my continuing education for my paramedic recertification.

At the moment, I am sitting in on a class where they are training EMT's to be paramedics. It's an interesting mix of information I haven't used since I was in school myself, a rehash of information that has become so ingrained I don't even think about it anymore and a small percentage of information I'm embarrassed to say I have forgotten over the years.

More than anything, it's enjoyable to watch the new would-be paramedics sweat.

That's mean, I know.

While enjoying a lecture on airway management today, I looked out the window and saw the Flight For Life helicopter. St. Anthony's FFL program was the first of its kind in the country. Just a tidbit of cool info for you there.

Maybe not the best shot I've ever taken, but I had to take it quick before the guy in the Afghanistan "Good Medicine In Bad Places" t-shirt (me) scared off all the noobs.

Until tomorrow...!
